How to reduce your data usage by using reliance proxy trick ?

If you want to reduce data usage by using reliance proxy then

Requirements are :
1.Reliance sim card
2.Any OS in which we can use proxy and port

Doing it in windows :
In any browser :
set
proxy : vod.rcom.co.in
port : 80

Doing it in android  :
Goto settings->mobile networks->access point names->new apn
proxy : vod.rcom.co.in
port : 80

Doing it in java(s40) :
goto UC Browser->settings->network->proxy server->then type in text box->
vod.rcom.co.in:80

It is surprising than when you finish 100mb in java there is only 0.01mb deduction from your data usage.
Although in android & windows it cost 10mb data for browsing and downloading 100mb
